For you to be able to enter amounts in this tab, it is necessary to unlock the plan by pressing the Unlock Plan icon.
This will disable the ‘Outline Budget Planner’ on the Workstage’s tab. Once you have unlocked the plan, information can only be entered via the detailed plan pages.
The Expenses Plan is used to project the level of expenses we expect to incur over the duration of the project. This can be updated in two ways:
% allowance based on labour budget plan (cost) % which will then automatically populate the monthly cells based on what has been projected in the Labour Plan (line 1 below)
Manual Entry – Enter the details of each projected expense with description and selection of Recoverable/Non-Recoverable Option (line 2 and 3 below).
