The below errors will stop you from accessing Rapport3 completely, and mean that your Rapport3 site has gone down. This will require you to contact our Support Team to remedy the issue.

HTTP 500 Error

The below error will allow you to access Rapport3 however when you are trying to access certain areas, or performing certain actions it will display this error. This tends to be a data issue.

To rectify the issue, you will need to contact the support team, with details on what you were trying to access or create at the time. They will be able to resolve the issue more efficiently the more information you provide, as this allows us the team to replicate the issue. If you could also provide screenshots, this is also very helpful.

HTTP 403 Errors

The below error happens when there is a security issue due to a lack of sufficient rights. Firstly you should contact your administrator to ensure you have the correct rights.

If you are still experiencing issues once the permissions have been updated - please see the Security Console - A Detailed Guide

For any other advice, please contact the support team

Please Note: the Support Team cannot amend security permissions on your behalf, unless there is written confirmation from the system administrator or security admin team member.

HTTP 401 Error

The below error happens when there is an issue with the login credentials used. This can be rectified by double checking both the credentials used are correct, and/or match what is held on Rapport3.

If this has been checked and is correct, it may be an issue with office.com. If your Rapport3 system uses a single sign-on / Microsoft login authentication then it may be an issue with the office account you are logged into as it needs to match the credentials within Rapport3, you can check which account you are using by logging into office.com and viewing your account detail. You should check your office.com account before getting in touch with the Support Team.

Control panel – undefined

This will usually mean that the site is trying to take you to a part of the system that is no longer ‘live’. You can remedy this by clearing your rapport3 cookies (See clear cookies guide) if the issue persists please contact support with any relevant information (steps to recreate and screenshots).
