We do have a tool that will enable you to update records for many employees at the same time.
From within the HR module>CPD tab, you can click on this icon
This will then open this where you can add the training details, and then click on Next
This will then enable you to select multiple staff members, then just hit save.
Unfortunately Rapport3 doesn't have the functionality to be able to upload multiple documents or to take these from an Excel spreadsheet, however you can upload directly to the Documents tab.
