Due to improved security passwords are now encrypted and unable to be viewed or changed in the HR section.


There are two ways to change or reset a password:


If you are resetting the password for someone else (they have asked you to send them a password reset), you can do this in the HR section under the Details tab, by pressing the key icon. 


Another way to do this is directly from the log in page by clicking on the Forgotten your password? link. 

Once pressed (for both options), a password reset email is sent to the email that is registered on that users HR record (if this is not received, double check the junk/spam folder for that email address). Click on the link and follow the steps to reset the password. The link in the email must be accessed within a 2-3 day period, in order for this to be changed. If this is done after this time period, it will need to be resent.
