In order for us to create your invoices, we will need the following:
- A version of what you would like the invoice to look like and a break down of every section on the invoice
- Bank details
- Address & contact details of your company (if they haven't been added in Rapport in the control panel)
- Currencies you would like the invoice to be in (if these are not on the list on the invoice create/edit screen)
- Pictures of any logos/headers/footers that you would like us to add to the invoice (preferably in a PNG format)
- Colour codes (either HEX, RGB/RGBA, HSL)
- Font files if it's a specific font (if these have been paid for, we will need proof of the license)
- How you would like it to function (this is related to any specific calculations you would like us to do, if you would like it to be one invoice that shows information based of a specific field in Rapport, etc)
We will make a version of this invoice as a credit note, so if you would like the credit note to look different to the invoice, send us the above as related to the credit note.
