To add holidays to a leave template, go to the Control Panel > Home > Leave Booking > Leave Template Console. 


*If you don't have access to this section of Rapport, you won't security permissions to do so. In this case, contact your administrator regarding your security settings*


Select the leave template and the year range (underlined in red)

Click on the date where you would like to add the holiday and a pop up screen will appear

Add a description of the holiday, select the holiday type (public holiday, bonus day, mandatory day or reserved day)

And then select the time frame where it says Full day/AM/PM. If you would like it to be a full day, then select this option. If you would like it to be half a day, select AM or PM to represent it being a half day that starts in the morning or a half day that starts in the afternoon. 

Click the save icon at the top and it should now appear on the date you selected. There is a key at the top to show you which colour represents which holiday type (this may change or look different).
