To add carry over holidays for a staff member(s), go to the Control Panel > Home > Leave Booking > Holiday Adjustment Console.
*If you don't have access to this section of Rapport, you won't security permissions to do so. In this case, contact your administrator regarding your security settings*
Inside here, you can set the maximum carry over days as well as individual carry over days into the next year. Double check the template being used on the leave booking calendar and the year (underlined in red)
If you would like to do this for an individual member of staff, you can search for their name in the Staff name search functionality. When you start typing, the name should start to appear.
Double check that the amount matches or is lower than the maximum amount of carry over days
and enter the amount (in days) into the Carry into column next to that specific staff member's name
write a note
and then click Save.
