In Outlook, click on the Gekko icon on the ribbon, or in a web browser, navigate to https://portal.gekko.email and login to Gekko. 


To update your mailbox password: 


  1. Click on the arrow next to the user thumbnail  in the top right hand corner of the Gekko window ...



    ... to display the user account settings menu.
  2. Click on the User  Profile option ...



    ... to display the User Profile  window.


        3. Click on the Mailbox  button to view the Edit Mailbox Details dialog.



        



4. Edit the details as required ...

Account: This would be your email address or account name (please check with your local IT team if you're unsure).

Password: Enter the password that you would usually use to log in to your normal email account. If you automatically gain access to your emails through outlook after logging into your PC, your password may be your windows password. (please check with your local IT team if you're unsure3

... then click  to check that they have been entered correctly. A pop-up will appear to confirm whether the test has been successful or not.

5. Once the test has been passed successfully click  to save the new mailbox details.
