• To download the app onto your iPhone/iPad, you simply need to go to the App Store and search for ‘Rapport3’.
  • If you want to use the app on something other than an iPhone/iPad then you can just point your browser at mobile.rapport3.com and carry on in the same way.
  • Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app via the App Store, you simply need to run the app and enter your login details. These are specific to each user and are generated from within Rapport3. What you need to do is:
    • In Rapport3, click the user image in the top right of the screen.
    • In the popup menu, click Rapport mobile:


  • The dialog that pops up will show you your login name and passcode:


  • That should allow you to login and start using the app. Although you can exit and close the app, you should only need to enter your login details if/when you actually logout (i.e. no need to remember a very cryptic password) App Guidance.
  • Select the Menu on the top left of the screen to review your options for the mobile application from the following list:


  • By Clicking ‘Add Contact’, you will be prompted to enter in your new contact details. The app will prompt you to search for a company within the current database to ensure the new entry is not already on the system.


  • It is possible to review the full contact details of the individual directly from the mobile app screen. Business Development notes will also show after their name.
