We have a few new members of staff and new logins have been set up which are working on our system but we are having difficulty logging into Rapport. The user sees an error message that reads:


Sorry - you don't have sufficient security rights to access:

[Home -> My Tasks].

Please contact your intranet administrator.


Is this a Rapport issue or something to do with our own system?


This means your new users can log into Rapport 3, but they are not associated with a security group.


All areas of Rapport 3 are access-controlled. Access is dependent on membership of security groups that are granted rights to each tab. By default, all users should be members of the "all users" security group - that will give them access to the basic tabs such as the timesheets and expenses pages.


The HR department or someone with sufficient rights needs to add these users to the "all users" group. Security groups' may have different names as they are customised by you. For more information, please refer to the "support" tab on Rapport 3.
