I appear to be unable to update/amend some information under the Reference tab. If you select "reference" then look under "Admin and General Reference", then select the item "HH Staff Contact List" and then the child entry "Staff Contact List", I can open the window to edit the information and save it, but this then does not appear in the main window.
Sometimes the browser keeps a local copy of a page - it's called caching - what may be happening is that your browser has the old copy of the page in its cache and is displaying that that rather than the new version of the page. Could you clear your web browser's cache and re-load the page.You can clear your browser's cache by:
Usually pressing CTRL+F5 at the same time on the page will re-load it with the new information, however if this does not work then using the correct browser methods listed below will resolve the issue.

Click the three lines at the top right > Settings > Show advanced settings > Clear browsing data... > Ensure that Empty the cache is ticked and Obliterate the following items from: is set to the beginning of time > Clear browsing data
